CU.BE Ulm – The Home of Customer Experience and Innovation
With our Customer and Innovation Center, we have created a space in which current and future innovations from Bosch Rexroth can be developed and experienced first-hand. Under the name CU.BE, which stands for CUstomer BEnefits, the new building is the heart of the networked, cross-border collaboration with our customers, users and partners. This is where we exchange ideas in person and create innovations and tailor-made solutions.
Discovery Area and Townhall
Townhall and Discovery Area welcome our visitors and are available for events and workshops on the one hand and to explore the range of the Rexroth portfolio on the other: The highlight products of our three divisions Factory Automation, Industrial Hydraulics and Mobile Applications can be found here. Model Factory
The Model Factory shows our vision of the factory of the future and, in particular, our factory automation portfolio, integrated into real production processes along the entire value stream. The focus is on the interaction between humans, robotics, AI-supported software, smart functional assemblies and innovative concepts for product transport in the machine.
It also explains how complete transparency at all levels and our open ecosystem make "Freedom in Automation" and thus the programmable and changeable factory become reality.“

The Bosch Rexroth Academy prepares customers and our employees at CU.BE for the future. Here you will find the facilities for a wide range of training courses, from basic to advanced and specialist, as well as standard and individual training courses – tailored to your company's specific needs. The face-to-face training options with their practical elements are a major advantage.
DISCOVER THE ACADEMY
TechPark
Our TechPark, which focuses on mobile applications in addition to our employee and customer parking lots, has three functions: TechPark training, TechPark off-highway site and event venue.
The 10,000 m² outdoor area serves as a workshop for retrofitting mobile machines, as a training center, and as a test track and area where typical mobile hydraulics industry work tasks can be carried out.
InnovationLab and Offices
Innovation is created through collaboration. That's why InnovationLab and office spaces with an open and flexible seating concept offer the best possible conditions for creative exchange & close collaboration – be it for a joint development project with customers & partners or between different Rexroth teams.
