Fast and easy to the right solution! In the Size & Select Assistant, you can size and select a suitable, variable speed pump drive or a standard power unit on the basis of your p/Q requirements. The tool guides you through the sizing process providing predefined parameters and various filter options.
Fast and easy to the right solution for your application! Choose your application area and get a representative load cycle (time-dependent p/Q load cycle). If needed, you can adapt this load cycle to your specific requirements and find a respective solution.
As an alternative, you can choose to put in your requirements freely.

Please specify your cylinder data here.
Power limitation reduces the acceleration just before reaching the maximum speed in order to avoid power peaks. In many cases this function leads to a smaller motor size.

Accumulators can only be selected for constant pressure systems and for systems with basic dynamics.
By choosing this option, an hydraulic accumulator will be considered in sizing (not automatically considered within purchasing). The tolerance setting defines the allowed pressure drop within the accumulator (decreasing the tolerance will lead to higher safety).
Here you will find suitable solutions. Use the filter bar on the left to narrow down your solutions or use the sorting to show your solutions in a different order. The sort criterion price indicator refers to the possible solutions on basis of your chosen load cycle (not on the filtered solutions). The sort criterion system utilization is the average of the three main components pump, motor, drive.

Motor utilization
The motor utilization represents the thermal motor utilization over the entered load cycle.
Based on the entered load cycle for our standard power units (CytroPac and CytroBox), it can be low.
The use of variable-speed pump drives allows energy efficient operation even at low motor utilization.
Drive utilization
The drive utilization represents the thermal drive utilization over the entered load cycle.
Pump utilization
The pump utilization is determined based on the maximum flow occurring in the cycle and the resulting pump speed in relation to the maximum possible pump speed. The efficiency of the respective pump is taken into account in the utilization.

Energy Saving
Your chosen system with variable rotation speed is compared to a conventional system with constant rotation speed. The parameters of the conventional system are a suggestion on the basis of your chosen Sytronix-System. Furthermore, country specific electricity costs are pre-defined. You can change them if needed.

Here you will find the theoretically calculated energy saving, the CO2 saving and the consequential cost saving for your chosen system (calculations are based on RB Energy Scenarios 2019, based on IEA WEO2018).
To illustrate:
1) A multi-family-home (4 persons) consumes 5,000 kWh electricity per year on average.
2) One tree absorbs between 12 and 15 kg CO2 per year.

The payback period is calculated based on the list prices and customer-specific discount of the main components for both systems. Basis for the comparison is a conventional system with similar function; SvP will be compared with SY(H)DFE or A4 HS5, FcP/DRn with pressure-controlled pumps. Later on there be a deviation due to assembly variants and device options that can be chosen - therefore the payback period can be different.
