The Quik Link to the Rexroth Store at the bottom of each web page also gives you access to the store.

You can also access the store at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon on the right-hand side of the top bar. You can also go to the shop from there using a special link.

I have questions about my order. Who can I contact?

Do you have specific questions about ordering? Then please get in touch with your operational contact at our company directly. They are best placed to help you with questions about ordering.

Are you looking for the order confirmation, status, expected date and more for your order? Then you can also view this yourself at any time with a direct customer account in the Rexroth Store. You will find instructions on how to do this under this link .

Where can I find price information on the products in the Rexroth Store?

As a registered direct customer, you can see price information either on the product pages of individual products or in the shopping cart after the simulation. On the product page, this is your customer-specific net price for an item.

If you have guest access, no prices will be displayed. To receive a price quote with guest access, please start a quote request from your filled shopping cart.

What common error messages can occur?

Is the page or your shopping cart hanging in a continuous loop?

Please try the following procedure:

1. Please first test whether the problem also occurs in another browser.

2. If this is not the case, this indicates an incorrectly executed cookie in your default web browser.

3. The problem can then be solved by logging out of the Rexroht Store and deleting the cookies and the cache via the history. Here it is important to select the entire period. As the incorrectly executed cookie may well be older. Then log in to the store again.

4. If the problem does not go away, please send an e-mail directly to store@boschrexroth.de and attach a screenshot with the error message and the URL and let us know when the problem started and which browser you have been using.

Are you having problems adding products to your shopping cart or are you getting this error message?

Please try the following procedure:

1. Close the window with the error message

2. Then check whether you are currently logged in (even if you were logged in before). You can see this from the red dot on the ‘myRexroth’ menu item.

3. If you are not logged in, log in again and add the item(s) to your shopping cart again.

4. If this still does not help, please delete the cookies and the cache of your browser. Then try to log in to the Rexroth Store again.

5. If the problem does not go away, please send an e-mail directly to store@boschrexroth.de and attach a screenshot with the error message and the URL and let us know when the problem started and which browser you have been using.

How is customer support provided for direct customers and CE partners?

Direct customers are advised directly by our sales staff on all questions relating to new products, enquiries and orders.

Our local CE partners (Certified Excellence Partner Programme) complement our portfolio with their own services and products from other suppliers to offer you a unique one-stop-shop experience with offers from a single source.
